dc.description.abstract	The study measures the efficiency of NSE Pharma Index listed companies, during the COVID-19 pandemic period, ranging from December 2019 to November 2020.The main objective of this paper was to test the price movement of pharmaceutical companies, by using the statistical tools like descriptive statistics, ADF and GARCH (1,1) model. NIFTY Pharma Index reported high volatility duringCOVID-19 pandemic period.	en_US
