dc.description.abstractIn this paper we construct quantum codes over Fp by using cyclic and λ-cyclic codes over the ring R = Fp+uFp+u2Fp+vFp+uvFp+u2vFp+v2Fp+uv2Fp+u2v2Fp where v3 = v, u3 = u, uv = vu and p is an odd prime integer. Using the idempotent decompositionmethod, we have given the parameters of the quantum code. Moreover, the structure of cyclic and λ-constacyclic codes over R is studied. Some quantum codes over Fp are given.en_US
