dc.description.abstractThe Researcher aimed to find out the information seeking behaviour of library professionals which is also a part of “Organizational behaviour”. If we deeply think into the notion, this is a concept of Human behavioural approach. Librarians are “Information managers “who administrate the complete knowledge process of the institution or an establishment. It analysis the resources and its location followed by the library professionals. Besides the customary knowledge enhancing process, In this digital era, Information technology plays a vital role in library services and its impact on working of the library professionals. During this Covid period, everyone would have realized about the importance of digital learning and the contribution of technology. The Information scientists are not only the book lending agents. They should enhance their knowledge through workshops, digital learning and moreover they have to overcome the barriers of communication.
